2. In the Email or Phone text box type in your email and leave the password box blank and click Log In
3. You should now see a page that have a Forgot Password link on the right. Click on the Forgot Password link.
4. After you clicked on the Forgot Password link it will take you to another page where you can send a code to your email. If you have a phone number listed on the account it will also display the choice to send a security code to the phone. Select the one you want the code to be sent to and click on Continue.
5. If you choose email like the one I have above then you must go into your email and grab the code and come back to this page and put in the code and click Continue. Now you should be able to create a new password for you account.
