How to reset the BIOS password on the Lenovo Ideapad 100-14IBY, 100-15IBY



1. Follow the video below to disassemble the laptop.


2. Take a soldering iron and desolder the BIOS chip and solder the new one on. Since the current one has a BIOS password the only way is to remove it and change it to a new one that does not have a password.
