This boot disk allows you to recover your data when your computer cannot boot into Windows. Just download the ISO file, burn it to a CD or USB flash drive and boot the computer from it. Once booted you will see a screen like above. From here you can choose how you want to recover your file. The Undelete Recovery will allow you to recover all of the files on the hard drive. The Damaged Partition Recovery option is for recovering the damaged partition on your hard drive. I am not sure what the Lost Partition Recovery option is for so feel free to use it and let me know by commenting below. The last option is Digital Media Recovery, this option is for recovering pictures, audio, and video.
