Fundrise is a Diversified Real Estate Investment platform. This is good for those who have at least 500 dollars and want to make a little bit of passive income each year just by parking their money. This is an investment so you will need to do some research before investing your hard earning money into it. I would recommend investing around 1000 - 2000 for about a year and see if this is right for you before deciding to invest more. I have invested in Fundrise for several years and have found some positive result so far.
Also note that once you invested your money with Fundrise, you cannot take out the money for at least five years because if you take it out early, there is a 3 percent charge for early withdraw and the withdraw can take up to 60 days before it will be deposited back into your bank account. The reason for this is because when you take out your investment early, Fundrise has to find a new investor to replace your investment, that is why there is a 3 percent fee.
