1. Begin by switching off the device by holding down the Power key for a short while
2. In the next step press and hold together the Volume Down and Power button for a few seconds.
3. When you feel the vibration, immediately release the Power key and keep holding the Volume Down button.
4. You can release this button when you see a large exclamation mark.
5. In this step press the following sequence of buttons: Volume Up - > Volume Down - > Power - > Volume Down.
6. Hard reset has just been performed.
