You must have a Gmail account and a Chrome browser for the remote session to work.

Steps to setup Chrome Remote Desktop
2. Inside the incognito window, locate the address bar and type in https://remotedesktop.google.com then press Enter
3. Now you should be on the Google Remote Desktop page. Scroll down and click on the blue GET STARTED button.
4. Sign in with your Gmail account.
5. Click on the download button (see picture below)
7. Click on Add extension
8. Click the Remote Desktop Extension on the top right corner of your Chrome browser
9. Click on Remote Support at the top of the page
10. Click on the button GENERATE CODE
11. A code will be generated on the left of the button you clicked in step 10.
13. When the technician input the code into his computer a screen on your computer will popup like the one above. Click on Share and the technician will be able to remote into your computer.
NOTE: For security purposes this code will expired in 5 minutes if the technician do not connect to your computer. If that does happened you will need to generate a new code and give it to the technician in order for him or her to remote into your computer.
